About the founder of the SSS

Amy Austin is a Certified Reiki Practitioner, Certified Trauma-Informed Energy Healer, and Sound Healing Practitioner. As the founder of The Sacred Spiral Sanctuary, she creates a safe, heart-centered space for transformation and renewal through intuitive energy work, sound baths, and spiritual guidance.

Her approach blends ancient healing techniques with modern trauma-sensitive awareness, honoring each client’s unique rhythm and readiness to heal. Guided by compassion, intuition, and vibrational medicine, Amy helps others release energetic blockages, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their inner light.

Through her sessions and classes, Amy invites you to remember that healing is not about fixing what’s broken, it’s about coming home to yourself.
